Pros

They have pretty good pay increases. You have the ability to move up in the company. There are locations everywhere. Sam's Share.

Cons

They put a lot of pressure on you and expectations are extremely high, sometimes unattainable. They have the same goals for clubs that have don't have benefits like some other clubs do (optical, hearing, photo, and pharmacy)

Pros

Compensation is better than some of their competitors. As a cashier, the responsibilities are small and easy. Open door policy is a plus, even though much usually isn't done.

Cons

Very political environment. Promotions are based on "favorites." Communication and support from upper management is lacking. Having to transfer all their merchandise (as a cashier) is demanding and at times stupid.
