Pros

Great employees that care about the company, able to use my sales skills to sell Plus Memberships

Cons

Never ever can get time off when needed. Its very difficult if you have a family. They do not care if something is going on with your family...you won't get the time off. You have to try to trade with others.

Pros

Work hours are okay. Since it's holiday season, they have cut down hours, especially part-timers. You will see that everywhere you work anyway.

Cons

Direct supervisor are just terrible. You have to kiss ass in order for them to like you.

Pros

Room for advancement, managers care about associates, fair

Cons

There are some downfalls to working with sams. They are very strict legally, insist on breaks and lunches at certain times. Sometimes gets challenging when you have to stop what you are doing to take a lunch, but not really to their downfall. I guess it is a good thing
