Good Pay, Bad Management

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

The pay was good at the time (unsure what it's up to now) and having a set schedule was nice for planning things. Quarterly bonuses and protected time off in case of emergencies were also a bonus.

Cons

The management there was mostly not helpful. Some days you'd barely see one of the Coaches (managers). If you did see them they usually showed up to complain about something, so seeing them became a negative. They took delegating way too seriously. Moving up is saved for brown nosers or people management knows from outside the company.

Pros

Sam's Club has a great work culture, flexible hours. I had worked part time for a short time period so didn't really get any benefits but pay was good.

Cons

It gets sometime very tiring.
