Pros

Decent medical benefits and easy too transfer to other locations. There are lots of locations you can transfer to ask over the country and abroad.. Ability to go into management.

Cons

Low salary, very few full time positions now since they are making changes in order to save money. Many full time positions have been cut and part time positions opened to replace those people. Benefits are being cut slowly for employees.
