Pros

The benefits of full time are nice, They will work around your schedule if you have school or another job even when you are full time.

Cons

Management will ride you about anything, You are never appreciated for the good you do, Your managers will find the littlest flaw you did or have and expose you for it.

There were good opportunities to grow as an employee. Easy to move to different functions.Strong company with decent benefits.

Cons

Sometimes there are unreasonable expectations. Managers have high expectations placed on them and they push them down.
