Pros

Flexible weekly scheduling for students, training provided, low-stress atmosphere, but also, low pay ($10/hour). A good job if in school, and fantastic if single - good work/life balance.

Cons

Hard to get time off for big life events, the physical demands of loading/unloading 50+ boxes catches up with you after a while.

Pros

The pay is difficult to find anywhere else, benefits are fair.

Cons

They continue to cut back managers and hourly associates, but demand the same results. on a regional and market level they treat their managers and assistants like objects that they don't care for. No recognition of milestones or successes. This is the worst company I've ever worked for in my life!
