      Pros

      You have a job. If you make it to full time, thats better.

      Cons

      You probably won't see forty hours in a week full time. You are not heard and management is always in a meeting ignoring even the biggest of situations. It's always your fault and the member is always right weather the situation is within policy or not making you look like the idiot while management gives out handouts that can be as big as your paycheck. No chance to advance or change jobs within the company.

      Everyone gets along with each other, Managers are awesome.

      Cons

      They aren't any cons to be honest, you just got to do your job and just worry about your work, if you do that you will enjoy this job.

      Pros

      The have a good benefit package and the pay is higher than a Wal Mart. They also provide meals several times a month and do different type of activities for employees.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive to other membership type retail environments and the leadership is basically put up, shut up. Their is a high turnover rate in the hourly supervisors and you are constantly having to deal with some new best way of doing things. In the 4 years I have worked here I'm on my 12th hourly supervisor.
