Pros

A steady paycheck, for those who want to work. There is always work to be done, 8 hours goes by fast. Occasional refreshments in the employee breakroom

Cons

Always low on supplies, no communication in the ordering process. Had to hide supplies or other departments would take and not return. Constant messes from coworkers, nobody held accountable for their actions. Lazy coworkers - again, not held accountable. Favoritism. Direct management seems overworked, front end is always short-staffed,
