Pros

It's a Job. That is about all I can say for them. Fellow Employees where good people

Cons

What isn't a Con, Management plays favorites, work load is always over what it should be, Fulltime positions are almost non existent, Rate of pay is barely better then minimum wage, there is a fake support for employees with issues or complaints, any complaint about management or work is seen as insubordinate and you are passive aggressively pushed for it. Little to no advancement, too few employees making the work load more extreme on the few there are.

Pros

Flexible hours, friendly staff, flexible schedules

Cons

They have no idea how to create a consistent schedule. You will never work more than 40 hours a week. Will not hire full-time, try to hire only part time employees.

Pros

Good Pay Fairly Easy Job Good Managers Good People Yearly Bonus based on your individual Club's performance.

Cons

Very much a favoritism place. You better get along with your mangers or its going to be hell. Little to no conflict resolution
