Pros

Great people to work with. Management really listens to you and tries to help you. Flexible scheduling and good hours. Pay above minimum wage.

Cons

They are always moving items, so when members ask you where something is you lead them in the wrong direction. There is too much stress on renewals, plus upgrades, and credit. There is no such thing as a cashier anymore it seems. We are all pretty much sales associates.

Pros

Pay is great at first. Bonus. Title

Cons

Long hours. Company owns you. Must be a brown nose to get anywhere.

Pros

You get from the company what you put into it. Don't need a college degree to move up in the company. Management pays decent for retail management, however you will work 10+ hours a day.

Cons

Very difficult to get full-time, poor health benefits, no vacation/sick pay until after two years being with the company part-time
