Pros

Steady employment, stable company. They seem to have clubs open everywhere so they are doing some things right.

Cons

Attocious work conditions, promotions based upon politics and not on merit, little thought to work/life balance.

Pros

stock purchase plan is very beneficial. The people are fantastic to work with.

Cons

the grind of retail is very frustrating. That is not what this company was founded on in the begining. It has gone the way of a true retail store and gotten away from being a warehouse.
