I love being a part of an effort to help those in the toughest parts of the world, in Jesus name. Hard to top that!

Pros

This is a great organization that never waivers in its mission and purpose. We aren't perfect, but we are a part of a ministry that is being used by God to reach people for Jesus. People work hard and expect excellence. The employees are some of the best in the field.

Cons

The organization is growing and sometimes change is hard.

Pros

It is a fun and exciting environment where you can see where your works goes. It is amazing to see the impact of your work as it is seen on the faces of children and adults through the disaster relief efforts and OCC.

Cons

Too many big personalities and no one reins them in. Every executive feels that their area is the most important and no one seems willing to budge. In some areas managers aren't allowed to manage or make management decisions.

Pros

Lots of responsibility. Constant change. Lots of opportunity to explore new places and introduce ideas. The work they do is good and needed.

Cons

Heavy handed senior management. Poor IHQ to field communication. Field has little input into programming. Stingy with salaries and benefits. Poorly organized. Limited room for opinions that are not Southern and Christian.
