Pros

Great work environment, it is a very pleasant place to be and they make sure to keep you updated on all of the projects that Samaritan's Purse is working on so you really feel involved in the organization. Everybody there really seems to care about what they are doing and you never dread going to work or working a little overtime. Also, amazing food in the cafeteria!

Cons

Only downside would be that there are a lot of Seasonal positions that come available at their busy time (Winter-Christmas season) but not everybody can get a full-time position after the busy season is over.

Pros

When it comes to work environment, there is no better place to work. I have worked at a variety of secular jobs and there just is no comparison. Everyone is polite, helpful, really just wants to be there to serve.

Cons

Being a non-profit, pay rate tend to be a little lower, but are still somewhat competitive. Housing costs tend to be a little high.
