The organization’s reputation suffers under Franklin Graham, known for years of inflammatory remarks that many consider hateful and discriminatory: homophobic remarks, anti-Islam statements, support for conversion therapy, and pro-Trump support. These beliefs filter into the organizational culture, causing more harm than doing good. While the work can be impactful, the lack of inclusive leadership and staff support is a major drawback.
