      Pros

      The company has been growing steadily for years. ESOP is unlike anything else. Many opportunities to volunteer in the community. Benefits are OK. Large company with a small company feel.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities. Salaries appear to be below average. Management says it is because the ESOP is so good. If you can afford to wait until retirement, it is great. If you need the money now, find some other place to work.

      Pros

      ESOP if you stay long enough to become vested in the company, and many do-it helps balance out the lower pay.

      Cons

      -Not providing good service, maybe it's just the insurance industry, the tools to do the job are just not there. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Promotions to those willing to go with the flow, not those who see a need for some changes.

      Smaller company so you are not talking to a different person every time you call to get assistance.

      Cons

      They are very understaffed so your cases may take longer then usual to get moved through.
