Great focus on culture. The company really seems to care about what the employees say and how they feel about the company. Everything they do is focused on bringing value to current and future employees. They really stress the ESOP and how employees are able to participate in that. Pay is reasonable. It's in-line with the industry. Plenty of opportunities for advancement and promotion. Workload is well balanced. My manager cares about the amount of work I have and not overloading me. The IT side of the company has allowed many of their workers to work remote as they need. I feel as if there is actually a path for my development and career growth here.
