Work environment is really healthy, people at Samsara are really nice. Very rich technology stack and a lot of stuff to learn. As for me the work-life balance is perfect at Samsara. Always have enough time to work and run my errands and not work related activities. Company loves you, as long as you like what you do.

Cons

As a fast growing startup company we are hiring a lot of professionals. But the problem with that is the company gets crowded and a little bit noisy. Can't wait to move to our new buildings(crossing fingers).

-Badass product -Fast paced environment -Smart People -Daily Lunch/commuter benefits/standard tech perks -Hypergrowth -The location is great for me (others complain)

Cons

This is a company going through a ton of changes, really fast. Don't be surprised when your team gets restructured, your quota gets changed, etc. These types of things should be expected in a company more than doubling it's size every year. If you want to work with smart, hardworking people--this is your place. Want to coast and collect a paycheck every couple weeks while slowly planning your Europe Vacation at work? Go to another company.

None since the IPO. So disappointed watching this hyper growth company be so cut throat.

Cons

Watching colleagues get fired for missing quota gives you no job security. Culture change. No work life balance when you have no quota forgiveness for taking a vacation. You will be stressed the whole time you are away.
