      Silicon valley style perks - lunches, snacks, care packages during covid Unlimited PTO WFH/Remote Friendly Youthful atmosphere not stuffy or formal

      Cons

      Very heavy workload Will be asked to take on tasks outside of your role Goal posts move for promotions and leveling Product team has high turn over so teams are left to self organize for projects Chaos and Poor planning Constant pressure to release products even at the risk of poor quality Big lay off left all the "survivors" to clean up the mess and were expected to carry on at the same productivity level but had to take on all the work left by the departed. Good employees are burning out and leaving Salaries are no longer competitive to other offers because of freezing salary increases for promotions.

      Pros

      Most of the team was nice. Great benefits, Pay was passable.

      Cons

      Decisions are entirely based on accounting. You will be pursued, hired, and fired on a whim. Don't expect stability. If you make too much money you'll be the first on the chopping block when stakeholders want to cut costs.

      Work life balance, snacks, dog friendly, amazing co-workers, mentorship from managers, and PTO

      Cons

      Leadership has lost a true connection with their employees. There is no guidance for ramping reps. The culture has become a toxic waste zone. Leadership makes big promises at the start of each quarter, but never delivers. Hard work does not pay off at this company. Reps who only make 20 calls a week can still blow out their number with lucky inbounds or opportunities they were given from management. 0 strategy and 100% luck for being successful here.
