Pros
-Badass product -Fast paced environment -Smart People -Daily Lunch/commuter benefits/standard tech perks -Hypergrowth -The location is great for me (others complain)
Cons
This is a company going through a ton of changes, really fast. Don't be surprised when your team gets restructured, your quota gets changed, etc. These types of things should be expected in a company more than doubling it's size every year. If you want to work with smart, hardworking people--this is your place. Want to coast and collect a paycheck every couple weeks while slowly planning your Europe Vacation at work? Go to another company.
