      - Ambitious plans to be a leader in the IoT space and hence within the technology sector as a whole - Great culture where your voice is heard, allowing you to really contribute to the success of the business - Provides real autonomy, where you are challenged to take ownership and make an impact - Employees are well looked after and have fun team events (US camping trip soon!) - Perks of a 'Silicon Valley' based company

      Cons

      - Difficult interview process, but once you're in, no real cons at this stage
