      Pros

      People: smart, hard-working, and caring Work Ethic: get it done and iterate along the way Product: strong and making a fast dent in a space that hasn't quickly modernised Leaders: strong, cohesive (have worked together and succeeded before), and care about doing the right thing

      Cons

      I have slight concerns that we're moving so fast that we have missed some key product and employment details for our non-US talent markets. There's room to pivot, but we need to be careful to not create problems for ourselves in the future.

Some highlights include: - Amazing individual professional/personal development - So many ways to provide constructive feedback - Competitive compensation package - Catered lunch/dinner/free breakfast - Welcoming atmosphere - Great location - Incredible product! - Best reputation in the Bay Area hands down
