      Pros

      Best team I've ever worked with. Talented, good vision, great integrity. They are building a company for the long haul. The opportunity in London is super exciting. I get to solve new problems every day and make a real difference in the business. The team is close-knit and fun.

      Cons

      We all feel a real responsibility to deliver. You never get to go through the motions - but for me that is great.
