      Pros

      Samsara is an innovative company that not only seeks to give the best to its customers, but also to its employees. There's a genuine interest that as a collaborator you have growth opportunities, enjoy your work and feel motivated to be better. It's a company full of top performers and people from whom you can learn a lot. Samsara is definitely one of the best places to work.

      Cons

      There are differences in the benefits of US and Mexican employees. In Mexico, the structure is not yet fully consolidated and this causes some processes to be slower or more complicated.
