      Pros

      The culture at Samsara is great! Everyone is stimulated to bring their authentic self to work. The work-life balance is good and goes well with the very flexible work from home policy. The products are also really nice and the future is looking bright.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to connect with colleagues due to work from home policy.

      Pros

      People. I've had the opportunity to work with great professionals and experts at what they do. Values. People try to live our core values on day to day interactions. Compensation. Stock plan is very good!!

      Cons

      It is growing very fast and sometimes that hurts with poor planning or execution. A lot of times the unlimited PTO policy impacts the delivery for projects

      - Experienced leadership team who have successfully exited multi-billion dollar businesses - they know what they're doing - Growing faster than most other companies operating in London - loads of opportunities to learn - The food is amazing! Although if you'd like to spend your whole time at home, that's fine too

      Cons

      - Some of the processes aren't suitable for a company of our size - we're getting big fast - Relatively US-centric still, but that is changing
