The people are nice & the company does a lot of in office events. Bonus structure is okay.

Cons

No movement in the company.. most people have never worked anywhere else. Do not prioritize younger employee growth. Force 4 days in office.

nothing it sucks and everyone is on drugs

Cons

all of it, you sweat do death in there and aren't allowed to leave after your shift ends unless they say so, you could be 8-5 and be kept there until 11pm.
