Most of the time I’m allowed to work at my own steady flow. I’m allowed to work without micromanaging and thrive in the environment. My manager is reliable and trustworthy.

Cons

People don’t communicate in the company. The CX supervisors don’t always know what the processes are. The company never plans well for the holidays and always takes me away from my actual work in order to do the work of an agent.
