Pros

I would say that your feeling and satisfying will depend on a team you will work in. Generally it's a good company which offers reasonable salary, appartments and it is changing corporate culture. Good (very!) country to live, withgood climate and facilities. New friends from Korea and India.

Cons

Not all managers are adequate. You have to spend 2 hours a day to learn Korean. Even if you live here more than 5 years, it is hard to grow in the company w/o language, so no chance to be a true manager. After 5 years you will be promoted to Manager, but you will manage nothing. No bonuses and no compensation for overtime working.
