Management in Samsung Electro-mechanics is a joke. It's a buddy-buddy system based company. If you are a good friend with the higher management then you will be safe.

Nice health insurance with coverage of all family members. Heartwarming gifts from the management for Korean conventional memorial holidays.

Cons

No overtime payment. Only 10 days of on-pay offs. No stock options. 9 hours working time per day. Need to clock-in and out without flexibility.
