As fresh engineering graduates, you will learn a lot about manufacturing / processes/ materials/ semiconductor industry. They also have a dedicated onboarding process for engineers so you get to form friends from your batch. Provides free shuttle ride, they have korean food in the canteen hehe

Cons

Sometimes, you have to do OTs (a bit) low on the compensation mid to heavy workload
