Pros

- Decent pay - Many "email job" positions still exist. Kind of feels like a video game working there. Because the company is so slow to adopt technology internally and so bureaucratic, you might end up with the old fashioned "email job" position where you just basically edit powerpoints, spreadsheets, and email people for a living. If you emotionally detach it's actually kind of funny / fun. Given how poorly the economy is, it's a gift to get paid to pretend to do "work" all day.

Cons

- Was often high stress for no reason. You're going to get people on your case about doing work that is essentially meaningless but "has to be done" because AI workflows have yet to be adopted. The people I know still working there complain that it has gotten worse (I'm assuming this is driven by growing economic concerns in the US.) It's important to pretend to be a "business person" when you are working there to avoid this. If you pretend to be a mover and a shaker you likely won't received the same praise as the person who argues for no reason in meetings just to hear their voice louder. Pretend to be the stereotypical "business guy" and you've got a track to at least some type of career growth. - Like everyone mentions, it's super bureaucratic.

Pros

Salary New technology Food discounts

Cons

Poor management Stressed environment It’s who you know more than results. A lot of back and forth doing double work just by working with HQ. They should let there regional teams make decisions based on the region and minimize the need of HQ involvement this is causing delayed work and burnouts.
