Pros
You can meet some nice people. I made some great friends in that office but they were not in the position to help me get ahead as they were trying to keep from floundering themselves.
Cons
Management hides too many things from its employees. I was temping for 6 months and they kept lying to me month after month after month about why I wasn't being hired.
