      Cons

      -Political -People do not talk to each other leading to an isolating and toxic work environment -Managers do not know how to unite their teams, or how to look out for their employees -People do not get along within their teams almost across the board, with a few exceptions -Attrition rate is through the roof

      Poor leadership/management - Talk a great game but no action - Plenty of finger pointing, no accountability from leadership - Help with moral of office...please!!!

      Challenging, Competitiveness Yet Friendly

      Pros

      At Samsung Next you find yourself thinking outside of the box. Finding ways to break down barriers. You are surrounded by intellectuals who are competitive and who strive to disrupt the corporate norm. However, the colleagues make the culture of the office inviting. One of the best places that I have worked at due to the work and due to your colleagues.

      Cons

      Would like for the company to instill unlimited PTO. It's becoming more of a norm for companies.
