      Good energy very talented people

      Cons

      Very messy team structure. Nobody knows who is working on what. Leadership always works from home but others aren't allowed.

      Lot's going on at all times. The culture is very friendly and depending on which office you work from can become your work family

      Cons

      Still finding the right processes and even the right IT stack that can make day to day work frustrating.

      The freedom of a startup with the stability of a large company

      Pros

      Smart colleagues across a variety of age ranges and experiences. The freedom to work as a startup with the stability and benefits of a large company (health, dental insurance, 401k). Bi-weekly technical lunches to learn about other technologies and sciences.

      Cons

      Sometimes teams and projects become obsolete because the parent company decides it's not suitable for them. That leads to a lot of churn. Individual startups don't actually own their IP which makes it impossible for them to then look for outside funding.
