      Pros

      -Most people at Next are kind, genuine, and intelligent. -Work is meaningful and impactful to Samsung. -Great opportunities to competent individuals. -Collaborative environment. -Marketing & Communication team is amazing!

      Cons

      -Still have to deal with corporate bureaucracy and legacy systems. -Like any company, Next has a few egos that are hard to deal with.

      Loved the people I worked with.

      Too much negative political behavior in the workplace especially around the HR(People Ops) team and it affects many other people managers' decisions in other teams.
