Salary is good, Food Coupons, Cab Facility, Good Work depending on luck.

Cons

1) Stay in locked office for min 9 hours even if there is no work. 2) Lot of politics which is prevalent in NCR , no proffesionalism like Bangalore and Pune. 3) HR Policies are affected by politics and can cheat with u on offer letter also.

1)Frequent onsite opportunities 2)Fair salary as compared to other companies in service sector 3)Hike and bonuses are also good.

Cons

1)you will learn nothing.No personal growth. 2)You will not get any time for yourself and your family. 3)work pressure is too much.Always on fire. 4)No overtime pay. 5)You don't get to work with smart people.Most of the seniors are from private colleges.They are capable of working same thing again and again.Competency is very low.
