      Pros

      Samsung is a company ready to take on tough challenges and risks. It's not what you would think of a stereotypical Asian company. It's bold and speedy, and it rewards the bold.

      Cons

      There is a lot of splash-over from the Korea side, and there is definitely a learning curve to be able to communicate and understand the HQ side. Corporate policy and direction isn't as monolithic as those of the Jobs-o-cracy denomination would probably prefer. If you think Apple is just perfect, then this is not Apple.
