      Toxic environment, Favoritism and Racial Discrimination by Rude Managers

      Pros

      Bottom employees are nice and hardworking. It has some good perks.

      Cons

      Managers mainly are Chinese or Korean, extremely demanding without work and life balance. They favor individuals from their own race. Management changes strategy every few month and no clear road map. They mainly follow bigger tech companies in trends. Managers are rude and loud in work environment, and can be seen shouting on employees in the office environment. If people could collect evidences, they can easily sue this company.
