- Incompetent, shortsighted management - Low compensation - Poor planning: sometimes there’s no work and you’re pressed to justify what you’re doing, while at other times you’re pushed into 12–14 hour days and weekends to compensate for the chaos - No coherent vision - Complete subordination to the Korean leadership in Suwon
