Very excellent system of managing human system, but the scope of each individual is narrow....

Pros

One of the world largest semiconductor companies of both research department and fab. DRAM business is very large and stable, but System LSI business is not stable.

Cons

They have Profit Sharing system, but the process of decision is not opened. They have some environmental problems at the work place.
