Free coffee, allows for you to be on your smartphone while working, some gatherings during holidays

Toxic management. Manipulation by micro managing and controlling. Very very weak training matrix. Very little structured guidance for training. Favoritism and nepotism run wild there. Its who you know, to gain any advancement. If you aren't part of the WOKE generation, you will be wrapped up in it. Too much smartphone use on the work floor and among managers.

You will never be heard, management will do anything to protect themselves, no room for advancement, nepotism is rampant here, office drama is unlike anywhere else, sexual harassment is extremely prevalent, racism towards blacks and especially employees in asian countries, pay is below average, lies about statistics to make employees think the company is doing better than it is

Since before I was hired, I kept hearing that people did not want to retire from Samtec because of how well they were treated and the benefits. Let me tell you, that is a fact! I love my job and the people I get to help and serve in my area. Excellent DNA and culture creates an good work environment. Samtec's culture creates an atmosphere fore employees who wish to develop as an employee and as a person. Samtec navigated the past two years extremely well considering the hurdles that everyone in the world was facing. Needless to say, I never lost sleep about the security of my job. *Retirement is great! *Health Insurance for me and my family is awesome!
