Work environment is not stressful, the pay is competitive, the 401k cannot be matched. Owner puts profits back into the company.

Cons

Many people have been here forever. Not open to change. Take the approach of "If it's not broke don't fix it." Should take the approach of "If it's not broke, break it, and make it better!"

Clean work environment. Cool in summer, warm in winter.

Cons

It might not be like this on every line, but on the line I was on my co-workers were horrible to work with. If you weren't part of their clique you might as well quit.
