      Great teamwork - Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Salary below industry standards, Does not back fill positions, workloads are transferred to other team members without additional pay. Lateral moves are the norm, some teams are held responsible and some are not, Unrealistic expectations regarding work / life balance. Favoritism among some of the management in INS - Some difficulty determining who runs the show in INS.

      Management is dangerously rude and aggressive they will treat new hires great so they dont leave then treat the good employees like trash and abuse their position

      Company WAS a fantastic place to work and have a career. Management changes at a corporate level have the company falling apart. A real shame.
