First class benefits that come along with being a large company, three health plans that rival any I have seen, 5% 401(k) match, competitive paid holiday schedule. Management teams at the sites in the US have a history of working their way up which shows Samuel embraces a culture of internal advancement.

Cons

Some changes have to work their way up the ladder before they can be executed.
