Pay was acceptable for the area Some coworkers were hardworking and knowledgeable

Poor management and lack of clear leadership Communication between management and employees was consistently lacking Quality expectations changed frequently, creating rework and frustration Employee concerns were often ignored or dismissed High turnover, especially in fabrication-related roles Little accountability from leadership when issues were raised

Culture is improving, but the progress is slow. Given our scale—nearly 5,000 employees spread across multiple locations—driving uniform cultural change is a significant undertaking. We've observed varying levels of success, with some sites demonstrating faster adoption than others.
