Consistent micro-management and no opportunity to grow. Unrealistic targets and it will never be enough. Only promotes based on race and gender or if you are friends with management. Never witnessed a promotion from the Irving branch. Management promotes based on friendship not based on results. No visibility into pricing, all quotes/pricing managed by inside sales manager. Outside sales position is only there to bring quotes to the team, any order is because of the team not the outside rep. Avoid working at the Irving location while under current management.. Have gone through 8+ OSR's in less than three years. This branch is seen as a joke in the industry and only receives orders based solely on pricing, no relationships beyond low pricing.

Benefits appear good until you need to use your insurance and find out the best plan is not good. Management is not supportive -- are re-active not pro-active, resulting in toxic environment. Profit comes before people, and rules change depending upon person.
