Pros

The benefits are good as long as you don't need to add dependents

Cons

They give you an impossible amount of work to perform and expect you to stay person centered without enough time to do so. Upper executives make large salaries and the rest of the staff have to scratch for every penny through union negotiations. Hostile work environment with a toxic HR

Great place to start, but not to stay

Pros

The hiring process was quick and easy. Benefits are great for employees only (not dependents). All the service coordinators are helpful and supportive.

Cons

The caseload is at about 100 when it's supposed to be at 64. The pay is low compared to the county, therefore it's only a good place to start and gain experience, but not for long term.

excellent retirement benefits, full time is only 37.5 hrs/week, nice facilities

Cons

during company wide meetings the exec team takes pleasure in embarrassing employees by randomly calling on people to answer questions. you can see the gleam in their eye as they walk around with the microphone looking for their next "victim". makes grown adults feel like they're in school again. high case load
