You get to work in the Southern California sunshine. Very professional co-workers. Great benefits. Excellent students. Compensation package is very good.

Cons

There are few downsides to working at San Diego State Unversity. Sometimes dealing with the students can present a challenge but overall its an excellent place to work.,
