Pros

Good pay for starting off, decent raises and benefits. Easy to get to the next tier or position if you work for it. Weekends and holidays off unless you volunteer otherwise.

Cons

Demanding on the feet and too many people who make work accidents. Point system is ridiculous when it comes to medical issues.

Do a lot for their employees. Friendly place to work. Good advancement possibilities. Salary was competitive.

Cons

HR took the employees side on most disciplinary/counseling issues. Wanted front line management to hold employees accountable but would then side with the employee leaving the front line to twist in the wind. Good family values when good for the company.
