Pros

The have a crew that works well together mostly and you get weekends off and it is Monday thru Friday

Cons

If you are ex military or minority don't expect to move up they hate reservist too even thought the assistant general manager is both ex military and minority he believes he is better than other minorities thus he does not provide equal opportunity for other minorities.

Competitive pay, great hours, all the tools you need to succeed. Great values, amazing owners and ability to work from home or commute if you live in the area.

Cons

Supervisor difficult to reach because they are in meetings seems like a bit too much. Phones and computers monitored to an extreme.

This is a family business that cares about its people and their long term growth. Many senior managers have been with the company for many years.
