      So many. I worked there for almost 20 years. Management is not consistent and plays favorites. They encourage growth but don't really help you with it. It doesn't have that family feel anymore. They outsource data entry to Manila. Who only respond via emails when they actually respond. When customers call and want to speak to that person you can only say they don't take calls. And we were not allowed to mention Manila. Giving thumbs down on CEO as Jeremy not Marty. That should be updated.

      Remote work, good work-life balance, good challenge, opportunities for ownership and leadership

      Cons

      Job security. My manager pushed me off the team and I lost my job two weeks before that manager was investigated and the department was disbanded. The rest of the members of the team are keeping their jobs, I'm being told my position is no longer available and they will let me know in a few weeks if anything changes. Meanwhile I am unemployed. This company says its good to its people but I don't see it!
